Vincent holds a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, IA and a Masters of Science in International Studies from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Since 2007, Vincent has overseen the acquisition and completion of over 100 sustainability projects for clients in non-governmental, federal, and commercial industries - including projects for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, Organization of American States, and the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates. Vincent has spoken as an expert in LEED Certification to audiences domestic and abroad. Additionally, he has worked as a volunteer with the White House Office for Science and Technology Policy, and has worked as a scholar with the National Defense University and Potomac Institute for Policy Studies on the analysis of ethical, legal, and social issues in national science and technology policy.
