New Construction

The LEED Certification of a new building is a product of the efforts of architects, engineers, and contractors. Approximately 80% of the LEED process occurs during the design phase. Therefore, it is imperative that a project appoint a LEED Project Administrator during the design phase. The role of Above Green is to engage the design-build team and guide them through the nuances of the certification process.
